EIIL: Annual Conference: Social Impact Bonds – Disguised Capitalism or Social Finance?

Social impact bonds (SIBs) are a widely debated concept in social finance. In the beginning of 2016, EIIL has equally engaged in the research on operational and regulatory measures necessary for making impact bonds a powerful funding tool for the social economy.
