Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing entry requests relating to investor counterparties in funds managed by EFA (requiring the utmost attention), and any associated distribution network, analysis and acceptance of the customer file, account opening and verification, together with monitoring of processes linked to market initiatives concerning fiscal transparency such as FATCA, CRS, etc;
• Conducting AML/KYC checks on new accounts and existing assets and ensuring, together with the Compliance team, that customers considered to be at risk are monitored;
• Actively participating in periodic reviews of investor accounts;

Your profile:

Votre profil :

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de type BAC +2/3 (graduat/BTS/DUT) en comptabilité;
• Vous connaissez le fonctionnement et les principes de traitement des OPC et produit financiers, des OST ainsi que des produits dérivés;
• Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire;
• Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais;
• Vous maîtrisez MS Office, la connaissance du logiciel Global Portfolio III est un avantage;

Mission :

Intégrer, au sein d'EFA, une ligne métier en pleine expansion dédiée au Private Equity & Real Estate. Participer et s'impliquer dans le développement de ce domaine d'activité.

Responsabilités et tâches :

• Gérer les aspects comptables et financiers de fonds Private Equity ou Real Estate ayant des structures complexes d'investissements via des Special Purpose Vehicle,
• Participer à la préparation des états financiers et des reportings réglementaires sous formats Lux GAAP et IFRS pour les entités juridiques Fonds / SICAR / Man Cos / SPV,
• Collaborer avec les auditeurs externes,
• Elaborer les rapports trimestriels des Fonds / SICAR / Man Cos / SPV,
• Participer au support technique, dans la constitution et le lancement de fonds / sociétés d'investissement,
• Développer et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles procédures au niveau opérationnel,
• Coordination avec les autres départements / les intervenants externes dans le cadre des audits annuels et des déclarations de TVA.

Votre profil :

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de type BAC +3/4 en Comptabilité,
• Vous avez une première expérience dans une fonction comptable,
• Vous maîtrisez l'allemand, le français et l'anglais,

Tasks and responsibilities:

Within the framework of our Risk and Performance Analysis Services offered to our clients, you will be asked to do the following tasks:

• Establish and maintain a robust risk management framework which complies with regulatory (UCITS/AIF) risk requirements
• Manage various advanced risk measures including but not limited to market risk, counterparty risk, liquidity risk, stress testing and back-testing
• Investigation and resolution of data/analytics issues in calculation processes
• Ensure production of added value reports: risk, performance measurement, attribution and contribution reports
• Manage the relationships with clients in order to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate actively in the implementation, set-up and review of services

Profile of the suitable candidate:

• Master 2 degree in economics or finance (or equivalent) with a first experience in a similar position
• Good understanding of European regulatory frameworks in risk management, in particular in Luxembourg
• Good understanding of a wide variety of financial instruments and related risk factors in the context of portfolio and risk management
• Experience of VaR models and familiar with standard risk applications
• Experience in risk contribution and performance measurement
• Problem solving skills and ability to explain complicated concepts clearly
• Good practical knowledge of Excel, Access, Bloomberg, Reuters
•  In addition to French and English, a good knowledge of German would be an advantage
