A Plus Finance delegates the custody and fund administration functions of their investment funds to Oddo & EFA.
Back to news list Since January 1, 2014, European Fund Administration S.A – France has been appointed for the administration of the investment funds managed by A Plus Finance; while the French bank Oddo & Cie was appointed custodian bank. The activity encompasses 42 investment funds, worth about € 500 million of AuM.
A Plus Finance is a French independent management company specialising in four fields: private equity for SMEs and the film industry, multi-management and real estate.
In December 2013, EFA signed with Oddo & Cie a strategic partnership, whose aim is to offer a fully independent service solution to French Management Companies and their investment funds.
